We are a non-profit entity. The fee covers the supply of a football jersey for each player, the use of the sporting equipment (footballs, goals, cones, training material, etc), a souvenir medal and team photo at the end of the season and various expenses to organize the tournaments and miscellaneous administrative costs.
As we play on a synthetic astro-turf type surface, our players do not require special football shoes.

Definitely. Saturday Football is a great way to begin in the sport. Our coaches aim at creating a fun and engaging activity. We are not here to push kids in winning major tournaments.
The season begins in September 2011 and will end in June 2012.
There are approximately 26 regular practice sessions and two tournament days.
No, we cannot play when the Taipei European School is closed.
Yes. We play comes rain or shine. The only exception would be in the case of a typhoon or some other official reason.
It is the same sport. The word football is used in Europe and as our children attend the Taipei European School it made sense to change the name.
Yes, we will organize two major invitational tournaments, one in Decemter 2011 and one in June 2012. There may also be some friendly matches organized with teams outside of TES.
It is about 8-10 players for 1 coach.
If this is your first time, you are invited to join as an assistant coach. Along the season, you will learn about the basic drills and exercises. After one season, you will have the confidence to head your own team the following year.
No. All the support will be provided by our head coaches who organize each training session.
